I am not an avid writer, nor am I a food connoisseur or critic. I am simply a Cincinnati boy with a passion for Cincinnati chili. I love food, I love history, and I love the city of Cincinnati. For years I was content to simply eat at my local Skyline, but recently I have had an undeniable urge to dig deeper and expand upon my roots. I can think of no better place to start than by satisfying both my craving for Cincinnati history and my desire for fresh chili experiences with a Great Cincinnati Chili Tour! I am going to visit every single chili parlor in the area that I can, and I will be reviewing each parlor and its chili along the way on a scale of one to five oyster crackers.
